Your profile contained basic information about you and a summary of the ticket that was assigned to you.

PATH: Username Avatar

Click on Username Avatar in the left menu and click Edit to modify your profile details.

In the Profile tab, you can update your personal information. Insert your @telegramusername under username field so your colleague can tag you in a ticket ,then click Save button after done.

Next in the Notification tab, you can customize your web and email notifications to your preference.

Select one preference on the drop down, then click the Save button.

For the Password tab, you can update your password by filling in all the details and click on the Change Password button.

For the last tab Connected Account, you can connect your google account by simply clicking on the Link to Google button.

You also can link to your GitHub account by clicking on the Link to GitHub button.

Next click the Authorize button to sync your GitHub account with HEDESU.
