Here you can view all tickets created across any space or project, as you have admin access. 

PATH: INBOX > MINE

Here you can view all the tickets you have requested.

PATH: INBOX > STARRED

Here you can view all the tickets you have starred.

PATH: INBOX > MENTIONS

In this section, you can view tickets where your colleagues mentioned you.

PATH: INBOX > DEPARTMENTS

You can view all tickets related to your department.
