Replying to a ticket in HEDESU is pretty straightforward.
Path: INBOX > ALL
Select the desired ticket and click on the name.
Go to the reply section to start communicating with your team directly in the ticket by sending a message or tagging them with @telegramusername,then click Send.
To use the snippet type ‘/’ and choose the snippets you want.
