A parent ticket is the main ticket that groups related child tickets together, providing an overview of the larger task and its progress.
Path: Inbox > All > Ticket Name > Link
To make a ticket as a parent, click the Add Parent button.
Note: A private ticket can’t be assigned as a parent.
Insert the existing ticket name to make it as child and click the Save button.
Note: Closing a parent ticket will automatically close all of its child tickets.
