Create a WhatsApp Template

A WhatsApp template lets you create predefined messages that can be sent directly to users through WhatsApp from HEDESU.

Path: Space > Ellipse Icon > Settings > WhatsApp

Select your desired space to see the Ellipse Icon.


Add a new template by clicking on the Add New button.


Fill in the details and click the Submit For WhatsApp Approval button.
Note: Users can send WhatsApp templates once META has approved it.
