Create a Ticket Template

A ticket template is a ready made format you can use in making a ticket with common details already set.

Path: Space > Ellipse Icon > Settings > Tickets

Select your desired space to see the Ellipse Icon.

Here you can view the existing template and add a new one by clicking the Add New button.

Fill in all the details and click the Submit button.
