A snippet is a short, saved message that you can quickly use in the reply section of a ticket to reply faster.
Path: Space > Ellipse Icon > Settings > Snippets
Select your desired space to see the Ellipse Icon.
Add a new snippet by clicking the Add New button.
Fill all the required details and click the Submit button.
