A label is a free-text tag added to a ticket to provide quick reference and help to identify the ticket more clearly.
Path: Space > Ellipse Icon > Settings > Labels
Select your desired space to see the Ellipse Icon.
Create a new label by clicking the Add New button.
Enter the label name and click the Submit button.
