Create a Category

A category is used to classify tickets into specific groups, helping with better organization.

Path: Space > Ellipse Icon > Settings > Categories

Select your desired space to see the Ellipse Icon.

Create a new category by clicking the Add New button.


Enter the category name and set the parent to None or choose an existing category to make it as a subcategory. Then, click Submit button.
