Use HEDESU MCP to Work With Tickets

What ticket tools help you do

HEDESU MCP can help your assistant work with tickets that your user account is allowed to access. This is useful for creating tickets from notes, finding existing requests, checking ticket details, and adding internal updates where allowed.

Recommended ticket flow

Ask your assistant to follow this order:

hedesu_list_spaces -> hedesu_ticket_options -> hedesu_create_ticket

This helps the assistant choose the correct workspace and use valid ticket fields before creating anything.

Create a ticket

A good prompt is:

Create a HEDESU ticket in my workspace for this issue. First check the available spaces and ticket options, then show me the ticket details before creating it.

The assistant should:

  1. Find the spaces available to your account.
  2. Ask you to choose the right space if more than one is available.
  3. Check available ticket statuses and other ticket options.
  4. Prepare the title, description, and required fields.
  5. Create the ticket only after the details are clear.

Find and read tickets

You can ask questions like:

  • Find recent tickets about billing in my workspace.
  • Show me the details for this ticket.
  • List the latest replies on this ticket.

The assistant will only return tickets your account can access.

Add an internal reply

If your account is allowed to interact with a ticket, you can ask the assistant to add an internal reply. For example:

Add an internal note saying we checked the account and are waiting for confirmation from the user.

Attachments are not included in this MCP ticket reply workflow. Use text-only internal replies.

Good habits

Ask the assistant to confirm the target workspace and ticket details before creating or updating anything. If a field is invalid, ask it to refresh the available ticket options and try again with one of the returned values.
