Invite New Users

Now it’s time to invite your colleagues so they can join and start using all the features available in HEDESU.

PATH: Settings > Users

Click Add New to invite a user.

Fill in the user details, and select Administrator for full access or assign the right Spaces, Department, and Role. Then, click Submit.

There are multiple roles with different levels of access for spaces.

Role Permissions
Admin Manage the space settings.

Create, view, edit, and assign all tickets.

Create child tickets, create Git issues, and reply to all tickets.
Manager Create, view, edit, and assign all tickets.

Create child tickets, create Git issues, and reply to all tickets.
Technical Agent Create, view , edit, and assign own or department tickets.

Create child tickets, create Git issues, and reply to assigned tickets.
Support Agent Create, view , edit, and assign own or department tickets.

Create child tickets and reply to assigned tickets.
User Create, view, edit, and assign your own tickets only.

Reply to assigned tickets.

Once done, HEDESU will send an email to the invited user. They just need to set their password and will be able to log in.
