A space is a dedicated area in HEDESU where tickets, projects, and users are organized, making it easier to manage work.

PATH: SETTINGS > SPACE

You can view all existing spaces here. To create a new space, click the Add Space button. 

Note: Only Administrator have permission to create spaces.

After that a pop up form will appear, insert your space name and preferred domain before clicking on the Submit button.

Note: Upon submission, the system will generate an Administrative department.
