Before start inviting your colleagues, let’s create your department first.
Path: Settings > Space > Ellipse Icon > Action > Departments
Look for your space and click the Ellipse icon to see the available action.
Click Departments to start creating your first department.
Add your department by clicking Add new.
Next, fill in the details and click Submit.
