Message Contact

You also can message the people directly from HEDESU.

Path: Contacts> Action > Message

Search for the contact you want and click the ellipse icon to see the available action ,then click Message.

Here you can message the person and give a ticket to them. Fill all the ticket details then click the Submit button.
